About the Extension

The VisualSP browser extension provides an in-app support & training system that overlays your web-based applications, allowing you to provide in-context training, support and communication for your end users.

Download & Install

Choose your browser from the list below and follow the instructions to install the VisualSP extension.

  • Chrome / Chromium

Install on Chrome / Chromium

Install VisualSP
  1. Click "Install VisualSP" or go to the Ask Vic (by VisualSP) extension page on the Chrome Web Store and click on 'Add to Chrome".
  2. Visit one of our core integrated apps (listed below) and log in with your work email (the same email used to sign up with VisualSP). This enables the VisualSP tab to load for the first time. After that, it will stay with you as you browse other sites.

Install on Microsoft Edge

Install VisualSP
  1. Click "Install VisualSP" or go to the Ask Vic (by VisualSP) page on the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store and click on "Get".
  2. Visit one of our core integrated apps (listed below) and log in with your work email (the same email used to sign up with VisualSP). This enables the VisualSP tab to load for the first time. After that, it will stay with you as you browse other sites.

Install on Microsoft Teams

Install App
  1. Click "Install App" or go to the VisualSP for Microsoft Teams app and click "Get it now".

OR

  1. From the app store in Microsoft Teams, do a search for “VisualSP” to find the app.
  2. Click "Add" to add it to your Microsoft Teams.
  3. You will see the VisualSP app open up and display the training content. Add the app to any of your Teams channels.
