Q. Can we license a subset of our users?
A. Yes. You can start by licensing a subset of your user population. Additional licenses can be added easily at any time when the time is right for you.
Q. Which applications can you support?
A. We can support pretty much all of your enterprise web applications (such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, NetSuite, in-house custom built web apps, etc.) so your users have a consistent support experience wherever they go.
Q. How does the pricing work if my user count is in the middle of the user count ranges?
A. We work with you to understand how much room you need for growth in the year. For example, if you are currently at 150 users and looking to grow to 200 users in the year, we would provide you pricing for 200 users. You wouldn’t need to pay for 500 users if you don’t need that capacity.
Q. How does the pricing work for really large organizations?
A. For really large organizations (user population of more than 100,000 users), the price gets as low as $0.05/user/month. Pricing scales down as your user count scales up.
Q. How about if we need help in deployment or digital adoption strategy?
A. This is where we truly differentiate ourselves from others. Anyone can provide reactive support services for free. We go above and beyond for our customers. Our customer success services are also included with our solution.
Our digital adoption experts help your team with deployment & content planning, planning the launch of the system in your environment, digital adoption strategy sessions, and regular performance reports where we evaluate ourselves and report back to you the ROI of VisualSP for your organization.
