Q. What exactly is the VisualSP Platform?
A. VisualSP is an in-the-moment training and support platform that sits on top of your enterprise web applications to help your end users get the job done. No matter which web applications you use, VisualSP can provide contextual help and information to users in their moment of need so they don’t have to log an IT support ticket and break the flow of their work. The application and pre-built content we supply is delivered directly from our Microsoft Azure cloud. All content is completely customizable. You can create and host your own content as well and serve it contextually through VisualSP.

A. At VisualSP, we pride ourselves in our simple, transparent pricing model. You can learn more about our pricing packages by viewing our dedicated pricing page. Pricing scales down as the number of users scales up and for really large organizations (user population of more than 100,000 users), the price gets as low as $0.05/user/month.
Q. How hard is it to deploy VisualSP?

Q. Which applications does VisualSP support?
A. VisualSP can be overlaid on most web applications. Here is a list of some of them: Microsoft Office 365 apps, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, NetSuite, Nintex, RecordPoint, Veeva Vault, HubSpot, custom web applications and almost any other web application you can think of.

A. VisualSP uses a plug n play model to get you up and running quickly with your branding, specific configuration and the starter help items you want your users to see in the system. Once the system is running, it takes 2-4 person hours/week to maintain your content within the VisualSP platform.
Q. What kind of support do you provide?

From our customer success sessions in the beginning to get you started correctly to our daily office hours where you can visit and talk to our engineers, we have got you covered. Q. Can we get VisualSP for a subset of users instead of our entire user base?
A. Yes! You can deploy VisualSP to a limited number of users in your team / company to start with and expand as and when you need to.
Q. Does VisualSP support modern interfaces?
A. Absolutely! Our system auto detects and supports the modern as well as classic interfaces of applications such as SharePoint, Dynamics and Salesforce. Users will automatically get the help items that are specific to the interface they are using.
Q. Where is the VisualSP application and content hosted?
A. VisualSP is hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud. All the application components and content take advantage of the speed, scalability and security that Microsoft Azure cloud provides.
Q. How many VisualSP admins can we have?
A. There is no restriction on how many admins you can configure in VisualSP. This article provides a breakdown of the type of admins you can configure.

About the Content
Q. Is the VisualSP system customizable?
A. Yes! The content as well as branding is completely customizable. Any provided help item or icons can be changed by you (or we can help do it) to fit your specific business needs. In addition, you can add your own help content (screenshots, reference documents, videos, walkthroughs etc.) directly into the system. That content can reside at any location that’s accessible to your users.
Q. What content is provided when I purchase VisualSP?
A. Over 1,800 pieces of content is provided and kept updated on fundamentals of Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 functionality. You can check out samples of our content to get a feel for what we provide. Also, check out the complete list of our ever expanding content set. When you pick the content pack(s) you want, we simply turn them on from our side and you’ll see the content appear immediately within your VisualSP subscription.
Q. Can we get custom videos, walkthroughs or other type of content produced to plug into the system?
A. Yes. We can produce custom help items that address use cases unique to your business and plug it directly into your VisualSP subscription.
Q. How often do you update the help content you provide?
A. Our content managers evaluate our help content on a weekly basis. We keep our eye on what functionality Microsoft is releasing, what they are deprecating, and we make sure our base content set covers all the fundamentals. Check out our content release notes.
Q. When you guys make changes, will it overwrite our customizations?
A. No. Once you add an item, that item will never be altered by us. When you change a pre-built item, it becomes a ‘customized’ item specific to your business.
Q. How easy is it to disable content I don't want my users to see?
A. Very easy. As a VisualSP subscription admin, you would just select all the content you don’t want your users to see and click Unpublish. That’s it. Your users will stop seeing that content immediately. We cover this in our kickoff and content planning meeting after you become a customer.
Q. Do you support languages other than English?
A. Yes. We support creation of content in the following languages:
In addition to your content, we also supply ready-made curated content from Microsoft learning pathways in all of these languages above. The content is kept updated on a weekly basis by our team.
Q. Which Microsoft 365 applications do you have content for?
A. Most of them! Here is the complete list: Microsoft 365 Overview, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Planner, Sway, and Yammer.
Q. Can I customize VisualSP with our own content?
A. All of the content that we provide is customizable. You can create your own content in the system as well. Your content can reside in your own Microsoft Office 365 tenant or any other repository behind your firewall.
Q. Does VisualSP support modern interfaces of SharePoint Online?
A. Absolutely! Our system detects and supports the modern interfaces of SharePoint as well as classic interfaces so users can get help according to the interface being used.
Q. Does VisualSP work on SharePoint On-Premises?
A. Yes. We have many of our customers using VisualSP on their SharePoint On-Premises environment.

Q. If we want Microsoft learning pathways content, do we need to install learning pathways SharePoint site as well?
A. No. With VisualSP, there is no need for you to install and maintain the learning pathways SharePoint communication site (unless you want some extra work…). All the content from learning pathways is automatically delivered to your users within VisualSP and we keep it all updated regularly so you don’t have to worry about maintaining it yourself.
Q. Is VisualSP for Microsoft Teams Customizable?
A. Yes! VisualSP for Teams can be branded with your own icons and wording so your users are always comfortable accessing the app. The content within the app is also fully customizable. You can customize the existing content we provide or create your own in a matter of minutes.
Q. How do you ensure the provided training content is up to date?
A. VisualSP provided content will always be up-to-date and provide the correct information for the latest version of Microsoft Teams. We curate and re-configure content from Microsoft on a weekly basis to ensure that we provide the most up-to-date information and provide the best guidance to users.
Q. How do I deploy VisualSP to all of my Microsoft Teams users?
A. Microsoft has made it very easy to deploy Microsoft Teams app to all users or a segment of users. Simply follow these instructions to deploy VisualSP to everyone in your organization.
Q. Can I deploy VisualSP to only select users of Microsoft Teams?
A. Yes. Using the Teams app policy, you can deploy the VisualSP for Teams app to any number of specific users.
Q. Can I hide certain training/help content from users?
A. We understand that at times you will want to hide certain items from users. Because of that scenario, we have made it very easy to unpublish and hide items so only you can see them and not your users until you are ready to publish them.
Q. Can I add our own organizational learning content into VisualSP for Teams?
A. Absolutely! you can add your content into VisualSP for Teams in a matter of minutes.
Q. Which Dynamics applications does VisualSP support?
A. VisualSP can be added to provide contextual support and training in all model-driven and canvas Power Apps applications. Dynamics 365 applications supported include Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Business Central, Finance & Operations, etc. In fact, if you are looking to support your users everywhere with a consistent context sensitive help & support system, we can support all your web applications!
Q. Will VisualSP affect the performance of my underlying Dynamics environment?
A. We have Lots of organizations using VisualSP on top of their Dynamics environments to support and train their users. VisualSP loads and caches itself so that the additional load is only a few kilobytes and is not noticeable. The end result: increased user adoption and less support tickets because users have the answers at their moment of need and within the context of their own environment.
Q. Does VisualSP come with pre-built Dynamics content?
A. Yes. We have about 50 help items (videos, tip sheets and walkthroughs) specific to Dynamics 365 CRM that covers fundamental concepts in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You can also customize these before creating your own so you don’t have to start from scratch.
