Technical Product Support Manager (Remote)

VisualSP is looking for a Support Manager to join our growing team! VisualSP is a leader in the Microsoft community, known for our ability to strengthen user adoption across organizations through our contextual training platform and superior support services.  

We are looking for a support manager to help us continue to delight our customers! 

This position is best suited for a technical support person with 5 to 10 years of experience in the tech industry. 

Location

Anywhere within the world. This role is completely remote.

Hours

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern United States time zone

Technical experience required in the following platforms:

  • Microsoft 365 Tenant Admin
  • Dynamics 365
  • SharePoint On-Prem
  • SharePoint Online
  • Teams
  • Active Directory
  • InTune
  • DevOps
  • SQL

Optional preferred experience:

  • WordPress
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce

Skills required:

  • Advanced troubleshooting
  • Technically curious
  • No-code development
  • Basic web development (HTML, CSS, JSON, browser dev tools)
  • Customer service (able to interact positively with customers)
  • Break / fix testing
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance and SDLC
  • Regression testing (manual for now, interest in automation)
  • Process improvement
  • Group Policy
  • PowerShell

Compensation & Perks

  • Total annual compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 (dependent on your experience and skill level).
  • 10 days paid vacation per year.
  • Up to $700 annually to spend on fitness clubs or similar. 
  • Up to $1,000 annually to spend on work related technology gadgets.
  • Up to $800 annually to spend on third party education materials
  • 401K and health benefits are not offered with this position.
