What if our number of users fall in-between user bands presented on this pricing page?
We always try our best to be as fair as possible with our pricing. We allow an overage of 10% of users. For example, if you purchased the 500 user count, we would allow you to have up to 550 users.
If it’s beyond 10%, then the charge would be for the next band of users.
How does the pricing work for really large organizations?
For really large organizations (user population of more than 100,000 users), the price gets as low as $0.05/user/month. Pricing scales down as your user count scales up.
Are there any other fees aside from what's listed on this pricing page?
There are no other hidden fees like onboarding, configuration, etc. You pay only the prices listed on this page.
