Account Executive (Salesperson)

This account executive position is for someone who has at least a couple of years experience working in and hopefully selling within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space specifically.

This job will require you to be demoing and selling the VisualSP solution to those who are working in Dynamics 365 day in and day out. Empathizing with that audience and being able to go toe to toe with them and hold your ground is the only way you can be successful in this role.

 

Location

You can be residing anywhere within North America. This role is completely remote.

 

Compensation

  • Total compensation: $120K – $160K (the exact amount will vary based on your expertise and experience)
  • 65/35 split of base/commission.
  • You will be transitioned existing annually recurring deals so you will not be starting from scratch.
  • 4+ years experience in Enterprise sales required.
  • No 401K or health benefits are provided in this position.

 

Target Market and Persona

Our target audience is CRM managers, IT managers, Directors and similar mid level leaders in various industries. We believe in consultative selling and partnering with our customers to help them achieve their goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Nurture our existing customer relationships and ensure their success to guarantee renewals.
  • Respond to incoming leads by email, phone, LinkedIn messages, etc. and create opportunities for VisualSP’s product and services.
  • Build sales strategies and plans along with partners, and own the execution of those sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Outbound reach out through multiple channels to generate leads that would fit our target profile.
  • Have regular conversations with internal teams (account, product, etc.) to ensure customer feedback is shared and leveraged to drive further product development and operational alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams – product, marketing, support – to develop new customer solutions and launch go to market strategies.
