Utilize Help Links to Support End Users

VisualSP can be used in conjunction with a formal Support Desk to support end users.

Benefits

VisualSP can be used by anyone involved with providing end-user support. For example, if someone emails you a question about SharePoint, you can find the appropriate Help item in VisualSP, copy the link, and include the link in your response. When the user clicks on the link, the Help item is automatically launched in the correct context.
