Getting Started with VisualSP

VisualSP supports our customers every step of the way, from pre-planning and deployment, to ongoing support and performance reviews to make sure you are getting the most out of your investment.

Pre-Launch Process

We like moving Fast to get you going quickly!

Usually, within 1 business day after your purchase order or payment, we create your VisualSP subscription within our system and schedule your pre-launch meeting.

We customize and configure the VisualSP application to match your organization including your logos, icons and wording that would relate to your users.

Content Planning

Did we mention the ton of content that comes pre-configured and curated with the application? Hundreds of short videos, screenshots, tip sheets and walkthroughs are ready to go day one for your users!

Your users might not be ready for everything day one. So we work with you to unpublish content you don’t quite need yet and create quick new help items that point to your existing business specific content relevant to your users.

We also help plan out contextual communication campaigns. For example, reminders about taking a course, changing passwords, important company info, etc. Schedule it once and your content will be automatically delivered to your users in context of their own environment – no more missed messages and unnecessary emails.

Deployment / Installation

We usually get to this stage within a couple of weeks after purchase (did we mention we like to move fast…?)

Depending on your infrastructure, you have a few different ways to install VisualSP within your organization. Not to worry. Our team works with you hand in hand to plan the deployment options that would work best for you. Depending on how complex your environment is, this installation can be done anywhere from within a few hours to a couple of days.

Once the installation is completed, VisualSP is immediately available to all your users. Authentication is automatic for your admins and users so no silly things like having to remember login, passwords or anything like that. It all just magically works!

Post Deployment Feedback

We Love listening to our customers. This is our key ingredient that has helped us make wonderful products over the years that delight our customers. After VisualSP is deployed, we meet with your team to go over the analytics as well as your thoughts and feedback. We quickly make changes as needed to provide the best ongoing experiences for your users.

Ongoing Performance Reviews

Our ongoing partnership with you means that we are constantly reviewing the job VisualSP is doing for our customers. We conduct regular performance reviews to make sure you are succeeding with your goals and getting the Best value out of your subscription to VisualSP.

We are constantly evaluating ourselves to see what’s working well, what needs to be tweaked, what users are searching for, are they finding what they need, what help items need to be created, etc. We work with your team to manage quick creation of new help items or make the configuration changes as needed.

You routinely receive a performance review report which lists out important information such as person hours saved and money saved based on the usage of VisualSP in your organization. This provides you the hard ROI numbers you need to understand the impact of VisualSP at your organization.
