Last month we demonstrated the reasons and the process to get your shared lists out of Excel and into Microsoft Lists. That has many advantages, but you will likely still want to use Excel for the things it’s good at – analyzing and charting the data. It’s the best of both worlds! We’ll make you comfortable with the easy ‘Export to Excel’ button and how best to leverage it. We’ll also cover using Excel’s “Queries and Connections” feature to pull data directly from a SharePoint list, which allows you more control over the details.
