Well-trained users are productive users, but training users in-house is expensive and time-consuming. We take the burden of training off of you by conducting monthly training sessions on a variety of essential topics in Microsoft 365 for your users.



What kind of training is given?

Each month we conduct a 30-minute webinar via Microsoft Teams as a ‘Live Event’. These webinars consist of a 20-minute presentation on the specified topic followed by 10 minutes of Q&A for the attendees.



Who conducts the webinars?

We carefully choose our presenters for delivering the webinars. Our presenters are trainers, conference speakers and experts in Microsoft Office 365 technology.



How do I access these webinars?

Our training webinars are available to all VisualSP subscribers. As long as you have the licensing for your users, they are able to join any webinar we conduct. We provide you the meeting link (or provide it straight to your users if you prefer) to save in their Outlook calendar. Then they join the event when the time comes.

Once the webinar is over, the attendees get access to the training recording as well.

When you (and the rest of your family) are stuck working at home together, it’s really important to be able to improvise and shift from device to device to manage workspace, bandwidth, and other conflicts. Microsoft Teams brings everything in Office 365 (Yammer, Planner, Stream, OneNote, etc.) together and works across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

Meetings in Teams is a great to collaborate but currently are limited to 250 participants. For those larger meetings there’s Teams Live Events. Live Events supports webinar-like meetings of up to 10,000 attendees. Learn how to schedule and organize a Live Event, manage producers, presenters, and attendees.
