So I showed how you can provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">information, announcements, policies and guidelines<\/span> to your users at their <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">moment of need<\/span> directly within their own environment so the information is impossible to miss. This is all done via the concept of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">contextual microlearning<\/span> (which I explained in the webinar as well).<\/p>\n<p>I also showed how you can <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">calculate your return on investment (ROI) for contextual microlearning<\/span> so you can determine if you are succeeding with your goals.<\/p>\n<p>The intended result we are after: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visualsp.com\/products\/microsoft-dynamics-365-training\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Increased User Adoption of Dynamics 365<\/span><\/a> platform while <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Decrease in Support Tickets<\/span> and repetitive questions from users.<\/p>\n<p>It's all possible and it's been done by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">many organizations around the world<\/span>.
