On top of that, the interface keeps changing with Microsoft releasing <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">updates twice a year<\/span> as well as changes made by their own organizations. The mechanism to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">continuously train, support and inform<\/span> users effectively is a requirement.
